The Company is managed by a Board of Directors comprising a Chief Executive and 6 other Directors. The day-to-day functions of the Company are being monitored by the Chief Executive with the assistance of Directors and Sectional Heads. The sections are broadly divided into Designing/Planning, Project Management and Contracts.
